Helping Hands Estate Services has recently added a new service. 
It is a service for people who need to Declutter their house, apartment, condo or townhouse.  After numerous requests, HHES has decided to add this much needed service for families who do not have time, manpower or the ability to manage such a project.
 
 
Our Service Includes:
 
  • Initial free consultation
               We will assess your property and calculate how much time and labor will be needed to get
         ready and conduct the sale.  You will then receive a proposal showing the fee schedule and
         the time needed to complete the sale.  You will not have to do a thing.  
  • Sorting, organizing and appraising items for sale at fair market value in a professional manner
         We will pack items that the family wants to keep.  The remaining items are sorted, cleaned,
         displayed and priced for the sale.   We have experienced professional appraisers, who price the
         items to sell and optimize the results for the client.   We provide tables/tablecloths, wrapping
         paper and bags, clothing racks etc.
  • Conducting your decluttering estate sale and yard/garage sale
            Our sales are promoted by advertising the sale using multi media – newspapers, distributing flyers,
          e-mail broadcasts to our registered regular customers, announcement to our subscriber list,
          telephone calls and street signage.
  • Security and Accountability
            We employ a door man for security and to control the crowd and a cashier to control the cash.
         We provide full staff to protect each room.  After the sale, an itemized list of items sold is
         provided to the client.
  • Disposing of remaining unsold goods to the charity of your choice
         We will package unsold items and arrange pickup/delivery to the charity of your choice and 
         arrange for garbage pickup and recycling
 
  • Arrange a mover for the new location

 

  • Assist and organize the new location 
    •        
  • Site broom cleaning service included

            Cleaning service – floors, bathrooms, cupboards
